Shipping Policy

All Stitora products are made to order with care. Your order goes through two stages: production and shipping.

Production Time
- Design proof: emailed within 24 hours of your order
- Production: 1–3 business days after you approve your design proof

Shipping Time (United States)
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

Total estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days from proof approval. During peak seasons (back to school, holidays), please allow a few extra days.

Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Address Changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can update the address free of charge before the order ships — contact us at hello@stitora.com as soon as possible. We are unable to reroute packages once they have shipped, and we cannot offer refunds for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
